These Terms and Conditions govern your use of poppyrugifts.com and purchases made from PoppyRu Gifts LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. Because some products are handmade or customized, slight variations in color, pattern placement, stitching, materials, size, and appearance may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen or device. These reasonable variations are not considered defects.
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantity available for purchase.
Customized and Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, wording, and other personalization details before submitting an order.
PoppyRu Gifts is not responsible for errors contained in information provided or approved by the customer. Customized and personalized products are final sale except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization details submitted with the order.
Please contact hello@poppyrugifts.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after work on a customized or personalized order has begun.
Orders
An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
Gift Messages and Special Instructions
Customers may provide a gift message or special instructions during checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to follow those instructions, but we may contact the purchaser if clarification is needed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted gift messages are accurate and appropriate. We reserve the right to decline wording that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Estimated processing and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Customized, personalized, and handmade items may require additional processing time. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when the order was placed, we will contact you with available options.
Returns and Refunds

Before returning any item, email hello@poppyrugifts.com for authorization and return instructions. Do not send a return without receiving authorization and the applicable return address.
